We provide quality services by culturally sensitive psychiatric rehabilitation professionals that can relate to the specified population, ensuring that services are tailored to meet individual, group, and family needs.
Program Philosophy
ATC was established to help improve the quality of life of every individual within the community through educational, treatment, and rehabilitative services.
ATC engages individuals and their families in their home and agency environment, thereby maximizing interventions and preventing out-of-home placement. We see our clients wherever they are.
ATC recognizes that each individual is unique; we identify the strengths of each individual and use the specified strength as a basis for our interventions to manage or overcome challenges, which invariably brings positive change.

PRP for Adults and Minors
ATC Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is structured to support and strengthen the mental health (Therapy and Psychiatry) services the adults and minors are already receiving. Our well-trained rehabilitation staff members provide a combination of one-on-one and group rehabilitation activities at the ATC facility, at the individual’s home, and other appropriate community-based locations.
On-site (facility-based) and off-site (community-based) services are family-focused, individualized, and based on the individual’s and the family’s strengths and resilience. Specific rehabilitation goals are established, targeting identified needs based on information from the referring mental health professional, a comprehensive assessment, and meetings with the individual and their family.
PRP staff members routinely evaluate progress with individuals and their guardian/support team and provide monthly summary reports to the primary therapist and other mental health professionals working with them.
